It’s okay.

It’s okay to let your mind wander.

To sit and stare at the world around you.

It’s okay to just be.

 

It’s all right if you want to stroll along the ocean’s edge

and feel the breeze against your skin.

It’s all right. You can take the time to do that.

 

It’s okay to pursue a childlike desire to play. To read a story or color.

It’s okay if you don’t want to work this morning.

Just this morning. This morning it’s okay to feed your soul.

 

Sometimes it is necessary to wallow in sadness and pain.

We must feel it. Truly feel it and allow the depths of despair.

We must process our grief in order to let it go.

 

But, today… it’s okay not to feel the pain.

It’s okay to find bliss.

It’s okay to enjoy life right now in this moment.

It’s okay.
